Approval of a Special Exception or Site Plan

Approval of a major modification of a previously approved Type 2 use for a marina and approval of a Type 2 review for additional building height.

The Development Review Commission (DRC) Public Hearing is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 175 Fifth Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida. Notice is hereby given that all interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard by the Development Review Commission, with respect to the proposed Special Exception or Site Plan Review case listed above.
