APPEAL FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 pm, to consider an application for appeal pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Section 407.1. The hearing will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application:

Appeal (APPEAL-2025-00003) of the Planning, Development, and Economic Growth Department (PDE) Final Determination – Non-Conforming Use Determination of Twelve (12) improved camper / RV Sites – Naturist Religious Society, Inc. located at approximately the 13500 block of Buckley Loop, Hudson, Florida 34669.
