Notice of Public Hearing
Please take notice that an application for a special permit to collect, transport and dispose of garbage, trash and refuse has been made to the City Council of New Port Richey, Florida by; Waste Pro of Florida, Inc dba J.D. Parker & Sons of New Port Richey; Petersons Service Corp. of New Port Richey; Republic Services of Florida LP dba Seaside Sanitation; and Waste Connections Inc; and that a hearing on said application will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 5919 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652, commencing at the hour of 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on the 16th day of December, 2024. All persons who are residents of said city or otherwise have valid evidence pertaining to said application are invited to attend said hearing and to be heard by said City Council pertaining thereto.
