NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A REZONING FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. R & S Properties FLA LLC / Bell Haven (RZ-7900) petition for a rezoning from an MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a R-2 Low Density Residential District for a parcel located on the north side of the corner of Bell Lake Road and Peaceful Lane (aka 13-26-18-0000-05100-0100).
2. VCare Consultants, LLC. / North Pasco Resort MPUD (RZ-7883) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District amending the conditions of approval, allowing a 250 room resort hotel, decreasing RV spaces from 550 to 350, and to Amend the Name of the MPUD to North Pasco Resort MPUD, generally located east of Lake Iola Road and west of Interstate 75 (aka 09 24 20 0000 01000 0000).
3. THREE M REVOCABLE TRUST, JEAN MCCLAIN-MURPHY TTEE/MURPHY ROAD MPUD (RZ-7666) petition for a rezoning from a A-R Agricultural-Residential District and a R-MH Mobile Home District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located north of County Road 54 and west of Forbes Road (AKA 01-26-21-0010-00100-0000 et al)
