NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 19, 2025 and entered in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein CYPRESS VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS, ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and EDSON G. LALOR, is the Defendant. I will offer for sale and will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public auction the sale to be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on www.citrus.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:
