HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY)
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Authority intends to negotiate an Amendment to the Support and Maintenance Agreement for EASE™ with Amadeus Airport IT Americas, Inc. (Amadeus) for the purchase of implementation, maintenance and support, and consulting services for Amadeus Cloud-Based Passenger Processing System (ACUS). Firms who believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide in writing convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
