LOT 14, BLOCK D, BAYONET POINT ANNEX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. INCLUDING MOBILE HOME SITUATE THEREON, ID #58124013
(the “Property”) also known as 7101 Jeanne Avenue, Bayonet Point, Florida 34667.

(“Subject Property”); has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Karen E. Leonardo, Esq., plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 10002 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, Florida, on or before DECEMBER 23RD, 2025 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
