Notice of Intent to Secure & Demolish
The owner(s) or other interested parties having failed to either repair or demolish the structure(s) at the following properties:

located in St. Petersburg, as ordered by the City of St. Petersburg, are hereby notified that the City of St. Petersburg, Florida, will proceed to have the structure(s) or manmade body of water secured and demolished and removed on or after December 15th, 2025 and an interest bearing lien will be placed against the property to cover all costs. If the unfit and/or unsafe structure is a pool, spa, hot tub, or pond, this action may include treatment, covering or filling. To appeal this notice, parties having a recorded interest must follow the procedures set forth in Section 8-271, City Code prior to December 15th, 2025. Appeals are filed by applying in person or by certified mail with return receipt requested to the City Clerk’s Office located at 175 5th St N 33701, telephone (727) 893-7447. Completed appeal application and fee of $35.00 payable to the City of St. Petersburg is required.
