NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated November 21, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 2024-004477-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRIGADOON OF CLEARWATER HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES E. LYKES, JR., individually; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES E.
