NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2026 in Case No. 25-001314 CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Hernando County, Spring Hill, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr. CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Hernando County Courthouse, Room 245, 20 N Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 on the 4th day of August, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., after first giving notice as required by Florida Statutes 45.031, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.
