Construction of civil work

Len-Angeline, LLC (the “Developer”) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following:
• Sunlake Boulevard Amenity Center civil work to include but not limited to clearing & grubbing, earthwork, underground utilities, asphalt pavement, grinder pump, markings, wooden elevated pedestrian bridges.

Bid packages for the above work items will be available beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via electronic transmission from the office of, Ardurra Engineering. Each Bid Package will include, but not be limited to, the Request for Proposals, proposal and contract documents, and construction plans with specifications. Ms. Nina Berithova, PE shall be the contact person(s) regarding the Bid Package.

The Developer has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the Developer to do so.

A mandatory pre-bid Teams conference call will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, December 18th, 2025. NOTE: Interested contractors should email Construction1@ardurra.com prior to the 12/18/25 pre-bid meeting in order to be included in the meeting invite. Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Bid Package. Any and all questions (RFI’s) relative to this project shall be directed via e-mail to Construction1@ardurra.com no later than 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6th 2026. Addendum’s, as needed will be sent out to all potential bidders.

Firms desiring to provide services for this project must submit one (1) original, one (1) PDF of the required proposal and one (1) Excel file of the Schedule of Values and a linked schedule with an anticipated start date to final completion by no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at the office of Ardurra Group, Inc. 4921 Memorial Hwy, Suite 300, Tampa, FL 33634. The bid opening will follow at 3pm via a Teams conference call, Tuesday, January 13th 2026. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed opaque package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package, and shall identify the name of the project. Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned un-opened to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.
