NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 22, 2025, and entered in Case No. 29-2024-CA-007849-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ReadyCap Lending, LLC, Plaintiff, and MJM International Trading, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, et al., Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
