Notice is given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District (District) has received an application for a water use permit modification, from Farmland Reserve, Inc., 60 E South Temple, Ste. 1600, Salt Lake City, UT. Application number: 20008450.005. Application was received June 20, 2025. The predominant use is agricultural.

Total existing withdrawal average daily quantity is 3,456,000 gallons per day, and the requested withdrawal average daily quantity is 2,234,500 gallons per day. The project, Farmland Reserve, Inc., is located in Hillsborough County, Section(s) 25, 26, 27, 34, 35, and 36, Township 32 South, Range 20 East.

The file(s) pertaining to this project are available for inspection Monday through Friday except for legal holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Southwest Florida Water Management District, 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637.

Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application. Comments must include the permit application number and be received with 14 days from the date of this notice.
