Unit B, BUILDING 118 of FOREST LAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM PHASE 9, as described in Official Records Book 1577, Pages 1162 through 1168 inclusive, recorded on February 3, 1987, which is an amendment to the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF FOREST LAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM PHASES 10 & 11, dated January 21, 1986, recorded in Official Records Book 1498, Pages 0056 through 0141, inclusive, on April 23, 1986 in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
