TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CLANCY GAIL JONES A/K/A CLANCY G. JONES, Deceased (the Estate):

You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the Estate, File Number 2025-CP-001039 A, by the Circuit Court for Citrus County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 110 N Apopka Ave, Inverness, FL 34450; that the date of death of Clancy Gail Jones a/k/a Clancy G. Jones, Deceased (the Decedent), was October 12, 2025; that the estimated value of the Estate is $70,524.95 and that the name and address of to whom it has been assigned by such order are Slaymaker and Nelson, P.A. trust account so the fee due Slaymaker and Nelson, P.A. in the amount of $2,000.00 can be paid therefrom, the costs incurred by Slaymaker and Nelson, P.A. in the amount of $800.00 can be reimbursed therefrom, the legitimate claims of creditors who timely file claims against the Estate can be paid therefrom, should there be sufficient funds to do so, and then, should any funds remain, the balance remaining therein be paid to the sole beneficiary of the Estate, Renna Jablonskis.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the Estate and persons having claims or demands against the Estate other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
