NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The estate of Daniel D. Duren, deceased, whose date of death was October 10, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, Probate Division, located at 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34654. The estate is being administered by Summary Administration.
All persons having claims or demands against the estate are required to file their claims with the Clerk of the Court, Probate Division, Pasco County, Florida.
Creditors who are served a copy of this Notice must file their claims on or before the later of thirty (30) days after the date of service or three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice.
All other creditors must file their claims within three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice.
Any claim not timely filed will be barred.
