NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS

TO CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 17, 2025, a petition was filed commencing an assignment for the benefit of creditors pursuant to chapter 727, Florida Statutes, made by First Colony Coffee and Tea Company, assignor, with principal place of business at 100 North Tampa Street, Suite 4100, Tampa, Florida 33602 to Mark Healy, assignee, whose address is Michael Mocker & Associates, Inc., Michael Moecker & Associates, 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, dated December 17, 2025.

Pursuant to Section 727.105, Fla. Stat., no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and excepting the case of a consensual lienholder enforcing its rights in personal property or real property collateral, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment or the like, in connection with any judgment of claim against assets of the Estate, in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.

YOU ARE HEREBY further notified that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding you must file a proof of claim with the Assignee, Mark Healy, Michael Moecker & Associates, Inc., Michael Moecker & Associates, 1885 Marina Mile Blvd., Suite 103, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, on or before April 16, 2025 (120 days from the date of the filing of the petition).
