SALE OF COUNTY OWNED SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids to purchase the following surplus County-owned real property:

Minimum Bid: $13,918.00
Terms: Contingent Upon Successful Closing within ninety (90) days of Sale and Purchase Contract execution. A deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must be included at the time of bid submission. See bid package for further details.

Financing: There will be no financing. Cash only.

Pasco County does not make nor imply any warranties, guarantees, or representations to the accuracy of the information provided. Conveyance is by County Deed. Surplus Land Sales are in accordance with Florida Statute 125.35.(1).

The Pasco County Purchasing Department will only accept submittals online, no later than January 20, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. Public openings are held each Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., ET. A public opening of responses will be conducted at the posted public opening following the submission deadline. In the event of a County Holiday or unforeseen delay, responses shall remain sealed until the next public opening. Responses received after the time set for the response opening will be rejected. Pasco County reserves the right to waive any and all formalities, to reject all responses, or accept any response deemed to be in the County’s best interest. All responses will be considered binding on the respondent for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of response opening.
