You are required to serve a written copy of your intent to request a hearing pursuant to Section 120.57, F.S. upon Chad Brown, Director, Criminal Justice Professionalism, Standards & Training Services, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, P. O. Box 1489, Tallahassee, Florida 32302-1489, on or before February 26, 2026. Failure to do so will result in a default being entered against you to Revoke said certification pursuant to Section 120.60, F.S., and Rule 11B-27, F.A.C.
