TAKE NOTICE that an action has commenced in the Probate Division of Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, King Street, Jamaica West Indies in which ABIGAIL KARYN NICHOLS, the Applicant is seeking an Order to pass over JAMILLAH NICHOLS, the husband of the Deceased ELSA PAMELA SOLOMON-NICHOLS (also known as ELSA PAMELA SOLOMON), who is entitled in priority to a Grant of administration.

It has been ordered by the Court that the Applicant is to publish two Notices of Proceedings in the area which she last knew the widower of the Deceased lived. The Notices are to be published seven days (7) apart.

N.B. It is requested that attention be drawn to this Notice by anyone knowing the whereabouts of the person to whom it is addressed.
