NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2025 and entered in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein, CEDAR LAKE ESTATES OF CRYSTAL RIVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH CORRADO and JOSEPHINE CORRADO are the Defendant. I will offer for sale and will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public auction the sale to be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on www.citrus.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 26, Block A, of Cedar Lakes Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 130 and 131, of the Public Records of Citrus County Florida.
