Len-Angeline, LLC (Len-Angeline) is requesting proposals from qualified proposers experienced in design, permitting, and post design services for design of the Wilton Way Extension Phase 1. The project will consist of construction of a two-lane road with a bridged wetland crossing which will extend from the existing northern terminus of Wilton Way Road which lies approximately 330 feet north of Ridge Road to Angeline School Way. The project includes the roadway and one bridged wetland crossing with associated stormwater infrastructure, shoulders, and pedestrian improvements.
This project also includes the construction of an elevated timber pedestrian pathway, separated from the vehicular bridge and roadway to enhance safety. The project aims to create a dedicated passage for pedestrians and utility vehicles, mitigating the potential for accidents involving road traffic and improving overall user safety. Work includes connecting the pathway to the proposed roadway and completing any associated improvements to the proposed road, such as stormwater, drainage, and any other related improvements to support safe and efficient pedestrian access.

Len-Angeline will receive responses until 1:30pm, local time, (our clock) on February 16, 2026. through a secure download link of the proposer’s choice via email to lenangelinesolicitations@angelinefl.com. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Len-Angeline will only accept bids submitted via email. Responses will be publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., ET (same day) through a virtual meeting, with only the names of the responding firms being read. A virtual meeting link will be emailed to all registered proposers in advance.
