NOTICE TO BIDDERS
EAST LAKE TARPON SPECIAL FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT

The East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District is accepting sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms for the HVAC Replacement Project at Station 57.

Bid documents, including detailed specifications, eligibility requirements, and terms and conditions may be obtained from the District’s website at www.elfr.org under “Department Info > Public Documents and Forms”.

Sealed bids/proposals must be clearly marked “RFP #57–2026 HVAC System Replacement – Station 57 DO NOT OPEN, ATTN: Jason Gennaro” with the bidder’s name and delivered to:

All submissions must be received by 3:00 p.m. on February 23, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days. The East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will make the final determination regarding contractor selection.
