NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated January 7, 2026, and entered in Civil Action Case No.: 2024CA501 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at www.citrus.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of February 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 83, of Mini Farms Subdivision, Unit 14, being described as follows: The West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 17 South, Range 17 East, Less the West 25 feet and Less the South 25 feet, thereof for Road Right-of-way. Together with that certain mobile home situated thereon, more specifically described as 1999 Sweetwater Homes 2448MRL, VIN Numbers SHGA4386A and SHGA4386B, Title Numbers 76910547 and 76910550.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
