NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A REZONINGS FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. SAV Property Holdings LLC/New Horizon MPUD (RZ-7858) petition for a rezoning from an R-2 Low Density Residential District to an MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located south of Wells Road, approximately 640 feet west of Boyette Road (aka 05-26-20-0000-00300-0020).
2. Kenton Road Commercial LLC/Kenton Road Commercial CC MPUD (RZ-7872) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District to an MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the northwest corner of Kenton Road and Elam Road (aka 28-25-20-0000-01000-0000).
3. Pasco County Mosquito Control District/41 Mosquito MPUD (RZ-7918) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District, A-R Agricultural-Residential District and a C-2 General Commercial District to an MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the west side of US Highway 41, approximately one-quarter mile south of Greenfield Road (aka 33-24-18-0000-04000-0000).
4. Erin S & Benedicto Nieves/Nieves Property (RZ-7905) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District to an AR-1 Agricultural-Residential District for a parcel located on the west side of Hudson Lane, approximately 730 feet south of the intersection of St. Joe Road and Hudson Lane (aka 25—24-20-0000-01900-0000).
