Impact Fee Study
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Brooksville is advertising a Request for Proposals for RFP-COB-2026-0004 – Impact Fee Study. Bid release date: Friday, January 16, 2026. Specifications will be posted on the City of Brooksville’s website and on BidNetDirect www.bidnetdirect.com). A link to the Florida Bid System (www.bidnetdirect.com) is also provided on the City’s Website. Sealed responses must include all required documents contained in the request as well as the Bid Form.
Sealed and properly identified bid packets will be received by the City up to and including 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2026 with the bid opening held immediately thereafter. The bid packets must be mailed or delivered to the City of Brooksville’s Procurement Division, 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601. The Bid Opening will be held in the Joseph E. Johnston, III, Council Chambers (City Hall), 201 Howell Ave., Brooksville, Fl. 34601.
Attendance is strongly encouraged for the pre-bid conference that will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the above location.
Questions must be submitted by Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to BidNetDirect or procurement@cityofbrooksville.us.
The Bid Evaluation Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the above location.
The City reserves the right to reject, waive technicalities, and/or negotiate any or all qualifications and procedures. Packets not received for any reason by the due date/time will not be accepted.
