NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Margot Ann Huff, Personal Representative of the Estate of NOLAN R PICKERING, deceased, has deposited with me, as the Clerk and Comptroller of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the sum of $1,000.00, representing unclaimed funds belonging to the Estate of NOLAN R PICKERING, deceased, being the unclaimed legacy of NOLAN R PICKERING.

The undersigned Clerk and Comptroller, shall hold said funds for a period of six (6) months from the date hereof, and shall thereafter deposit the funds with the State Treasurer, after deduction of the Clerk and Comptroller’s fee and cost of publication, all in accordance with 733.816 Fla. Stat.
