PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
ONE YEAR ACTION PLAN AND GRANT APPLICATIONS
PASCO COUNTY ANNUAL ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN AND GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS (PUBLIC SERVICES, PUBLIC DEVELOPMENT), , EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT (ESG) FUNDS, and HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) FUNDS
Pasco County Community Development is soliciting applications from community organizations and county departments for funding through its programs listed above. Funding will be targeted to the priorities identified in the current Consolidated Plan, available on-line at:

It is mandatory that an applicant attend one of the following Grant Kick Off Workshop meetings. The meeting dates/times are as follows:
Thursday, February 25, 2026, from 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Friday, February 26, 2026, from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Meetings will be held in person at the West Pasco Government Center BOCC Boardroom located at: 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34654. Should applicants wish to attend virtually, applicants may request a Webex invitation by emailing: communitydev@pascocountyfl.net. Please indicate which session you would like to attend. Requests to attend virtually must be received by 4:00 PM February 24, 2026.
Applications will be available on Monday, March 2, 2026, through Neighborly Software. The deadline for application submission is Friday, March 27, 2026 by 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
Funding is expected to be available on October 1, 2026, and at this time the approximate funding anticipated will be $3.5 million for all listed programs. Funding amounts should be considered approximate.
• HOME: $1.1 million
• CDBG Development: $2 million
• CDBG Public Services: $474,000
• ESG: $272,372 (Emergency Shelter Cap $163,000)
