NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-008821 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WESTCHASE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Joseph Paris, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Logan Hug and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Veronica Gaucher are Defendants, Victor Crist, Clerk of Court will sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ X ] www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
