NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON
REZONINGS AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED IN PASCO COUNTY
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. SR52 Heasley, LLC/SR 52 Heasley MPUD (RZ-7890) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the north side of State Road 52, approximately 200 feet west of North Sunlake Boulevard and State Road 52 intersection (aka 08-25-18-0000-00500-0020).
2. LOL Properties Inc/Caliente MPUD (RZ-7857) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the northwest side of Caliente Boulevard, approximately one-quarter mile north of Land O Lakes Boulevard (aka 01-26-18-0040-00000-00M0).
3. Tina Marie & Stephen Farrell/Farrell Project (RZ-7886) petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District to an A-R Agricultural-Residential District for a parcel located on the west side of Nottingham Trail, approximately 1660 feet northwest of the corner of Nottingham Trail and Robinhood Road (aka 28-24-17-0000-00100-0000).
4. CA Properties Inc (RZ-7923) petition for a rezoning from a C-2 General Commercial District and a R-MH Mobile Home District to a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located on the east side of Land O Lakes Boulevard directly across from Wisteria Loop (aka 02-26-18-0050-00000-0100 et al).
5. RZ-7912 Harrod/Sandy Lakes/Sandy Lakes (RZ-7912) petition for a rezoning from a MF-1 Multiple-Family Medium Density District, I-1 Light Industrial Park District and PUD Planned Unit Development District to an I-1 Light Industrial Park District for a parcel located south of Interlaken Road, approximately 500 feet west of the Gunn Highway and Interlaken Road intersection, containing approximately 75 acres (aka 34-26-17-0000-00700-0000).
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., to consider an application for a special exception pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 300. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following applications:
6. John T & Laura M Love/Love Property (#SE-7917) petition for a special exception for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) - Reduced Setbacks in an E-R Estate-Residential District for a parcel located on the north side of Lakeview Drive, approximately 190 feet west of Osceola Drive (aka 24-25-16-0050-00000-119A).
