NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated on December 29, 2025, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-007149, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity, but solely as owner Trustee of MFA 2024-RTL1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Sakhy Realty LLC; Khyati Patel; Sagar Patel and City of Tampa, Florida are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the Clerk’s website for online auctions at 11:00 AM, on February 25, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
