NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2026 and entered in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit, in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein WINDWARD VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff GEOFFREY JIMENEZ is the Defendant. I will offer for sale and will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public auction the sale to be held at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on www.citrus.realforeclose.com, on THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment:
