YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit C, Building 8, of DOLLAR LAKE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 1065, Page 1, et seq., and all exhibits thereto and amendments thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 113-114, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided percentage or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
