NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hernando County, Florida, Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Hernando County, Florida described as:
Lot 12, Block 22, VILLAGES AT AVALON, PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 24 through 37, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, Civil Department, Room 245 at 11:00 A.M. on March 3, 2026
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
