YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 6, LESS the West 2.5 feet thereof, Block 11, WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT THREE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 70, Pages 105 to 109, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
