HERZOG; CITIBANK, N.A.; GLENLAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A GLENLAKES MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s).
