NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2025, and entered in 2025 CA 000579 A of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LYNN GREENWOOD, DECEASED; JENNIFER LYNN GREENWOOD; SHERRY ASHLEY GREENWOOD are the Defendant(s). Traci Perry as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.citrus.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 19, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
