NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-295 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Margaret C. Ogden a/k/a Margaret Ogden, Deceased; Laurie Ann Horne a/k/a Laurie A. Horne a/k/a Laurie Ann Niemann a/k/a Laurie Ann Byers; LVNV Funding LLC are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main St., Room 245, Brooksville, FL 34601, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of March, 2026 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT(S) 2 AND 3, NORTH BROOKSVILLE HEIGHTS REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
