NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 10, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-000747 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hernando County, Brooksville, Florida, wherein ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. is Plaintiff and Penny A Jordan, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Doug Chorvat Jr., CGCIO, CPM, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Hernando County Courthouse, 20 North Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL, 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31st day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 1558, Spring Hill Unit 22, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 31 through 43, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
