NOTICE OF ANNUAL REPORT
FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given that the Oldsmar Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has available copies of the CRA 2024-2025 Annual Report. Copies of this report together with any background materials, Staff comments, applicable City Codes, Florida State Statutes and Regulations are available for review by the general public in the office of the City Clerk, Oldsmar City Hall, 100 State Street W., Oldsmar, Florida 34677, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This advertising and reporting are being done in conformance with Florida Statute Chapter 163.356(3)(d). This annual report has been filed with and provided to the Oldsmar Community Redevelopment Agency Members (Oldsmar City Council). Copies of the report have also been made available to the Forward Pinellas, Pinellas Board of Commissioners, The Office of the Florida Auditor General and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
