YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Unit 34-202 of BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 14953, Page 1630, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
