YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit C, Building 23, of BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 8-A, WEDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM PHASE 3, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 776, Pages 1674-1764, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
