Professional Architectural Services for renovations and additions to the existing facility

The Pasco County Mosquito Control District (“District”) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide Professional Architectural Services to design and oversee construction of the existing facility renovations and additions.

A copy of the solicitation documents may be obtained at no charge by contacting the District Representatives Desiree Edwards at adminisration@pascomosqutio.org and Lina Castro at L.castro@invisionadvisors.com. Obtaining the solicitation documents from any other source other than as stated above may result in obtaining incomplete and inaccurate information.

All prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as provided below. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to Desiree Edwards at administration@pascomosquito.org and Lina Castro at L.castro@invisionadvisors.com using “Question for RFP No. 2526-03 for Architectural Services” as the subject line. Questions must be submitted on or before the deadline listed in the solicitation. The District will not answer questions submitted in any other manner or questions submitted after the deadline.

The District will select a consultant according to the process described in the solicitation. The deadline to submit a Proposal is May 5th, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Responses received after the deadline will not be accepted. All costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of a response are the sole responsibility of the respondent.

The District may withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent. The District will post any updates or changes to this solicitation on its website.
