NOTICE OF MEETINGS
Juvenile Welfare Board (JWB) will hold regular Board meetings on Apr 6, 2026, immediately following the 9am Finance Committee meeting, and May 21 and June 25, 2026 at 9am.
JWB will hold Finance Committee meetings on Apr 6 at 9am with the purpose of reviewing audit results from FY25, Apr 30 at 9am to review the FY27 Budget Calendar, Five Year Forecast, and FY27 Funding Parameters, on May 21 at 9am before the regular Board meeting to consider minutes, and on Jun 30, 2026 at 9am to approve recommendations to the Board for the FY27 proposed budget, millage rate, and five-year forecast.
JWB will hold Auditor Selection Committee meetings on Apr 6 at 9am immediately after the Finance Committee to consider minutes, on May 28 at 9am to evaluate proposals received in response to the Audit Services RFP, on June 30 at 9am for top proposer presentations and to rank and recommend in order of preference top proposals. Pursuant to F.S. 286.0113(2)(b)1, the portion of the meeting where the top proposer is providing an oral presentation or answering questions is exempt and will not be open to the public, but a complete recording will be made. Only those delivering the presentation, the committee members and members of staff facilitating the process may attend the presentation. All other portions of the meeting are open to the public.
Pinellas Core Management Services (PCMS) will hold its annual meeting on May 21, 2026 at 9AM, before the JWB regular Board meeting.
