There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 10:00AM at the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughn Municipal Building (City Hall) located at 302 W. Reynolds St, Plant City, FL 33563.

The question deadline is not later than 5:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2026.
