PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Board Room, 2nd Floor, 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, Florida, at 1:30 p.m. to consider applications for rezoning pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
1. Evans Properties Inc / Evans C-1 MPUD (RZ-7876) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located at the north side of McCabe Road, approximately one and one-quarter mile east of Curly Road (aka 07-25-21-0000-01100-0000).
2. Clearwater Capital Partners USA LLC / Revilo Ranch MPUD (RZ-7904) a petition for a rezoning from an A-R Agricultural-Residential District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District within the Villages of Pasadena Hills for a parcel located at the north side of Prospect Road, approximately one-half mile east of Curly Road (aka 13-25-20-0000-00500-0011).
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Pasco County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, at 1:30 p.m., and that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, at 1:30 p.m., to consider applications for rezoning and/or conditional use pursuant to the provisions of the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 400. All hearings will be conducted at the stated time or as soon thereafter as is practical on the following application(s):
3. Denton Avenue Project LLC/Denton Avenue MPUD (RZ-7596) a petition for a rezoning from an A-C Agricultural District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the south side of Denton Avenue, approximately one and one-half miles east of Little Road (aka 20-24-17-0000-00200-0000 et al).
4. Sandridge Commercial LLC & SR 52 Williams LLC / Land O’ Lakes 52-41 MPUD (RZ-7892) petition for a rezoning from a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District to a MPUD Master Planned Unit Development District for a parcel located on the south side of State Road 52, approximately 900 feet west of US 41 (aka 09-25-18-0000-00100-0010 et al).
5. Shree Ram Investment Inc / Tahitian Multi-Family (#CU26-07 aka CU25-17) petition for a conditional use for Multi-Family Units in a C-2 General Commercial District for a parcel located on the west side of US Highway 19 at the intersection of US Highway 19 and Tahitian Gardens Circle, (aka 30-26-16-0010-04900-0010).
