Oaks at Riverview Community Center HVAC System Replacement

The Housing Authority of the City of Tampa (THA), is seeking bids from qualified firms to the replacement of the HVAC System at the Oaks at Riverview Community Center. The Authority intends to award a intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the lowest responsive responsible contractor whose experience and fee is most advantageous to the Authority.

The IFB package can be found online at www.TampaHA.org (Go to www.tampaha.org Click  Procurement from the on menu, then Click  Bid Opportunities, and follow the prompts), by calling the THA Contracting Office at 813-341-9101 ext. 3480, or visiting THA located at 5301 West Cypress Street, Tampa Florida 33607. All perspective firms must obtain an official copy of the IFB from THA in order to be considered.

The deadline for submitting proposals is Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 2:00 PM (est.).
