There will be a pre-proposal meeting on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 9:00AM at the City Commission Chambers of the Nettie Berry Draughn Municipal Building (City Hall) located at 302 W. Reynolds Street, Plant City, FL 33563. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory to provide a submittal.

The questions deadline is not later than 5:00 PM on Monday, April 20, 2026.
