NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Pasco County Housing Authority have developed its Public Housing 2026 Annual Plan, its Capital Funding 2027 Annual Statement in accordance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Plans provide a ready source for interested parties to locate PHA policies, rules, and requirements concerning the PHA’s operations and programs serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families in Pasco County, Florida. The aforementioned plans, supporting documents, the revised Administrative Plan and the revised Admissions and Occupancy Policies will be available to the public for review and comment starting April 17, 2026 at the following location:

On June 5th at 1:30 PM, after the 45-day comment period, the Pasco County Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing at the above location.
