NOTICE OF INTENT
TO SOLE SOURCE

The Authority intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with Smarte Carte for the purchase of vended luggage cart equipment, operations, and maintenance. Firms who believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide in writing convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
